	Facilities Motel 22 provides off-road parking for guest cars. All units have one allocated park with most adjacent to the unit’s front door for easy loading and unloading. The motel has conveniently placed outside lighting and all-night security lighting.
	Guest services Cooked or Continental breakfasts are available, delivered to your unit. Complementary tea and coffee facilities are provided in each unit. Adjacent restaurant serving dinner with charge back facilities. Cot and high chair available, on request.
	Children's Playground A children’s play area is situated at the rear of the motel. It has a trampoline with padded spring guards and a swing set that includes a slide for smaller children.
	Guest Laundry A guest laundry is available with a washing machine and dryer. An outdoor clothes line is also available for guest use. Irons and ironing boards are provided in each Unit.
